Content marketing, copywriting, web design and social media client projects delivered in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and Sussex
We've been working with this incredibly successful burger bar from the initial concept, designing the brand, the website (including photography), set up and ran the social media and PR to launch the business. With the strong brand and the teasers that we put out as the launch date approached, this has been the most successful online launch to date, with the 25-seater restaurant being fully booked for the whole of the first week, selling over 600 burgers in five days. Social media accounts rocketed to over 500 followers on each of the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages within a week of the launch, with post reaches of over 7,000 impressions achieved totally organically and through word of mouth.
Run as a community project, we designed the logo and set up a social media presence across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for the independent businesses along Camden Road in Tunbridge Wells, to increase awareness of the businesses, encourage footfall and establish the road as a "destination" for residents and visitors. This has now become an established online resource by residents and businesses of Tunbridge Wells.
We were brought in to co-ordinate this restaurant’s entire marketing strategy to raise its profile with a relaunch of a new menu and a clearer message about its farm to table ethos and nose to tail offering. Providing content marketing and social media support, newsletters and ad copy and design as well as digital PR and advising on promotions. We also developed a new, stronger brand which better reflected the restaurant's style and where it wants to position itself in the market.
We've also worked with (or are currently working with) social media, brand management, copywriting and content marketing clients in the following industries: professional services, travel, art, retail and wellbeing.
When this small batch gin producer launched his gin, he didn’t have the budget for a big marketing campaign, and wasn’t confident enough on social media to take it on himself. We helped him set up his accounts, establish an online presence and build a strong, relevant and interactive follower community.
We invented cocktail recipes using the gin and keywords which we posted online and on the website to reinforce the brand name. Using visually impactful photos created by our photography partner helped to attract more people to the product and the gin soon became a recognisable brand name on bar shelves in the area. Once it was a little more established, we provided the client with social media training so that he could take over the marketing himself.
Fromage & French
We established this brand, including the name, from scratch, with the entire content marketing strategy as well as press releases and event management for the launch. The SEO primed website backed up with digital PR, newsletters and social media kept the site top of search engine rankings, so that after a year the owner could take over an already well established platform to build on. Photography played a key part of the strategy.
We provided full content marketing support to help this innovative property management portal to build its online presence as it launched, including social media, writing the web copy, newsletters, associated marketing materials, press articles and blog posts and digital PR. We also wrote and recorded “How to” videos and FAQ user guides for the site’s knowledge bank.
We were hired for six months to help raise the profile of this furniture maker. Rewrote the website copy and introduced a blog section with a new portfolio of photos so that we could repurpose the content in press releases, newsletters and social media. Secured him an exhibition of his work and coverage in all the local publications in print and online.
