Website copy, marketing materials, blog posts and newsletters in Tunbridge Wells to help you reach more customers online
Clearly written content attracts and retains customers.
It takes three things to market a brand successfully: strong branding, a consistent message, and a way with words. Well written copy helps to project a professional image and strengthen your reputation and, by using the same tone and repeating key phrases and wording across all your marketing materials, can increase brand recognition offline and improve your search engine optimisation (SEO) online.
Quality content is the number one driver of your search engine rankings. Well thought out copy can increase traffic to your website and social media accounts, build trust, generate new leads, and help you develop a closer relationship with your customers. Clumsily done, however, and it’s one of the fastest ways to turn off your audience.
“Writing is thinking. To write well is to think clearly. That’s why it’s so hard.” David McCullough
We do the hard bit for you.
How can we help?
We write copy for your brand new website, newsletters, blogs, marketing materials, brochures, press releases, menus, flyers, advert copy, press release and straplines. We rewrite existing websites to make them more SEO friendly, and adapt content to suit different platforms so that you can reach as many people as possible with one piece of writing. We understand the different nuances of writing for the web and writing for print.
Having one person researching and writing your copy for you means that your marketing will always have a consistent voice and convey the right message. We advise on keywords, common search terms, and the right tone for your brand. You can hire us to write one off pieces for you, or to plan out all your marketing materials for you as part of a content marketing strategy.
Examples of our work
Dolina commissioned us to write the web copy for her new website. Our brief with this site was to focus on the different conditions that Dolina can help with, so we started with some research to identify the keywords that people might use when searching for symptoms and conditions that are treatable with hypnotherapy and NLP.
Because this was such a personal site, it was important to spend time with Dolina before we started writing to understand more about her as a person, and make sure we captured in the copy the passion she has for helping the people she treats with NLP and hypnotherapy. Dolina now needs to focus on her social media and digital PR to drive her new site up the rankings!
The owners of this friendly fitness studio wanted to create more of a community feel among its members and encourage more bookings through the website, so asked us to revitalise their email newsletters for them.
We suggested introducing a blog section on their website so that we could use a link to the content in the newsletters back to the website. We came up with the name - the Power Zone - researched different topics in the wellbeing, health and fitness world that would be of interest to the studio’s target market, and wrote the blog posts and newsletters. The open and click through rate rose to 49% while we were writing for them, which is considerably higher than the industry average.
